Secondly, another way to eat food that maintains all of its nutrients is to eat it raw. This is done by many Asian cultures. The Japanese are famous for eating raw fish (Sashimi). Many of the people eat vegetables and fruits raw, they just dip them in different sauces to enhance the flavor.

Third, the color of food and the way it is presented is important to Asian people. Especially popular among the Thai, Indonesian and Malay people. Chili is quite popular for its color and the heat it provides to the taste. The wonderful combination of color and texture create a wonderful dining experience.
