i need new recipe ideas using boneless chicken?
I take Stove Top Stuffing mix and make it according to package directions in a 13 x 9 pan. Then place boneless chicken breasts on top and season. Mix a can of cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken or cream of broccoli or cream of asparagus) according to the directions using 1/2 the liquid and pour on top of chicken. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
